This works with the worldwide web in which people login to see the products they need to buy and order the best that they want. This saves the timis e of a person to find the good in all the shops and the price relatively cheaper for it is the direct sale of the commodity from one customer to the other.

E-business history

E-business is not the new word for the people in these days. Many people are doing the e-business these days even if they know or not. The origin of term e-business was the mid 90’s when IBM started to use it. E-business is the use of the information and communication technologies to help in doing the business and making the deals.         eBusiness has made our life a lot easier in these days. It helps us save our resources by many means. This is the vital part of the modern world where the scientists are worried about the resources being finished. E-business helps us save our time, money, and many resources directly or indirectly.

eBusiness and management information system

eBusiness uses the information system in every aspect of its work. Information system connects the customer to the business, business to the business, and then the management with their staffs. All the data that are processed through the management information system are the fact that the eBusiness uses for the successful running of the business. All the business transaction in the eBusiness is to be processed through the information system to get the exact data and the benefits of the hassle free work.

eBusiness and it’s benefits:

eBusiness has a lot of its benefits to the modern world. First of all the amount of time that is saved by the eBusiness is the travel and on the small things. For the successful eBusiness the time has to be saved at the most and there is more savings if the time is saved. Secondly, the amount of the energy that is wasted such as fuel on travel, money for the distance to be consumed in the fuel, food, lodge etc. are the main savings from the eBusiness. More the saving is done the higher the profit is and the business can lead towards the success more easily. Besides these benefits the eBusiness also helps the modern world in the control of the pollution and the green house effects that has been done through different methods. For example: the fuel in the travel is saved by the telephone and the internet.

e-business devlopment figure

Electronic Business, or "e-business", may be defined broadly as any business process that relies on an automated information system. Today, this is mostly done with Web-based technologies. The term "e-business" was coined by Lou Gerstner, CEO of IBM.

Electronic business methods enable companies to link their internal and external data processing systems more efficiently and flexibly, to work more closely with suppliers and partners, and to better satisfy the needs and expectations of their customers.
In practice, e-business usually includes e-commerce. E-commerce seeks to add revenue streams using the Worldwide Web or the Internet to build and enhance relationships with clients and partners and to improve efficiency using the Empty Vessel strategy. Often, e-commerce involves the application of knowledge management systems.
E-business is more than just e-commerce. It involves business processes spanning the entire value chain: electronic purchasing andsupply chain management, processing orders electronically, handling customer service, and cooperating with business partners. Special technical standards for e-business facilitate the exchange of data between companies. E-business software solutions allow the integration of intra and inter firm business processes. E-business can be conducted using the Web, the Internet, intranets, extranets, or some combination of these.

Successful e-business and EBay

E-BUSINESS was very hard to start in past days, special Information Technologist were required there were no software’s availability like these days and huge amount of resource was needed.
E business is not that much difficult to start now days, as advancement of a web technology and safe payment system, such as secured online payment system PayPal etc. Likewise different shopping cart software’s are available. After all these availability everyone can start the e-business.
We can take example of eBay, which has created broad platform to people all   around the world who are interested in buying and selling goods online.
All categories of goods are available in the eBay store posted to sell by different sellers such as electronics, fashions, kitchenware, automobile and most of the things in this world. And buyers from all over the world can buy the goods from one corner of world to another, with protection of their money as a buyer protection system,
Most of the people now a days prefer eBay to buy goods straightaway from the manufacturer or direct wholesaler to reduce the number of middleman, which will significantly decrease the cost of product. If we go to the store we have to buy the product in high price because the numbers of middleman but if you go through the eBay offcourse you will get in cheap price. As we see most of the products available in market are manufactured in china, we can directly buy the product from china.
Likewise, Buying the goods with eBay has some risk rather then its full advantage:
EBay customer support claims less then .01% of total transections result in case of fraud. So buyer should pay through PayPal. Which guarantee from safe payment. When buyers feel that the seller is dishonest he can fill up the dispute form and case him/her. also eBay suspends he member ship if someone has many complaints against him.

E-buisness = Smartphones

One of the biggest reasons smartphones have become more popular is their increased level of accessibility. Four years ago, smartphones were used almost exclusively by businesspeople who wanted to improve their productivity at work. Now, with reasonably priced data plans and a variety of different phones to choose from on every major service provider, smartphones have become the obvious choice for 45.5 million Americans. Once hailed solely for their professional applications, smartphones are now seen by many as a gaming unit or a portable media player.

Many smartphone users access the Internet through their device. Some do it to shop online, others to look up information on a particular topic. Whatever the reason, people continue to use their smartphones like they would a computer. Intelligent businesses have made a mobile web page or created branded applications that allow users to access the main functions of their site. Making interesting, mobile-friendly content pleases users and keeps them coming back for more. No user wants to frequent a site that looks broken or awkward because it isn't optimized for mobile use.

If a company is serious about succeeding, they're going to take advantage of every opportunity out there that provides a chance to increase their sales.  Even though it costs a business a small up-front investment to establish themselves in the mobile world, it is a necessary action to promote the company's growth.

Increase in e-buisness in smartphones now days
For a number of reasons such as convenience, ease of use, improved technology etc more and more people are using mobile devices to actually purchase goods and services. The current rate is around 10% of all e-commerce sales, but that again must increase exponentially and will very soon reach a very significant figure. the convenience factor is certainly a very important reason why people are using mobile devices to do their shopping. One very simple example of this would be ordering groceries online whilst collecting the children from school. Another would be ordering an item of clothing which the customer has just seen in the course of a television programme and which they want to purchase.

This type of promotion by the media is still in its infancy, but will become an ever more significant factor as the media learn to exploit the growing cult of celebrities. A little known fact is that according to the survey, up to 50% of internet shoppers start their search for goods and services on a mobile device. with over 17 million mobile users in the UK and with the forecast that by 2015 this figure will increase to 23 million, shopping with the mobile is going to become a very significant factor in the e-commerce business very quickly.

These well researched and documented facts point to a growing move to using mobile devices to research and shop. The mobile device, whoever makes it is becoming a significant channel in online shopping and it is therefore very important to have your site optimised for this.

E-business Benefits

Top concerns in today's business environment are:

     1) the threat posed by competitors;
     2) controlling costs;
     3) finding new opportunities; and
     4) improving responsiveness;
     5) better customer focus and service.

E-business is capable of delivering these benefits.

Business of all sizes in all sectors are using the Internet in many different ways - to work with partners and suppliers, for procurement, for internal activities such as knowledge sharing and new product development, and much more.

 Following are the benefits of e-business which we can see in our daily life......

    I) Improved speed of response;
    ii) Cost savings;
    iii) Improved communications, information and knowledge sharing;
    iv) Reductions in inventory;
    V) Improved efficiency and productivity;
    VI) Harmonisation and standardisation of procedures;
    vii) Better transfer of best practices;
    viii) Acquisition of new customers and increased sales;
    ix) Improved customer service.

However the benefits are achieved not by technology (which is an enabler) but by addressing       strategy, technology, organisation, people and business processes as an integrated whole and  making changes in all these dimensions. The Internet is just like other information technologies - change management, good implementation practices and clear business objectives are required in order to get the full benefits.

Whether on or off line, customers in today’s marketplace want quality products and information in a quick and easy manner. I’ve typed it before and I’ll type it again, the internet’s main benefit is that of speed and convenience. Therefore e-business, which uses the internet as the core for business dealings, can help make a company more customer-friendly in addition to many other things, such as creating a more efficient exchange of information and/or products and services.

1. Removes Location and Availability Restrictions
Users need not be in the same physical location as an e-business and the exchange of information and transactions may take place at any given time, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and from any location in the world with Internet access. A physical location is restricted by size and limited to only those customers that can get there, while an online store has a global marketplace with customers and information seekers already waiting in line.

2. Reduces Time and Money Spent
In e-business, there is often a reduction in costs required to complete traditional business procedures. Many of those same traditional business approaches can be eliminated and replaced with electronic means, which are often easier to carry out as well as easier on the pocketbook. For example, compare the cost of sending out 100 direct mailings (paper, postage, staff and all), to sending out a bulk e-mail. Also think about the cost of paying rent at a physical location opposed to the cost of maintaining an online site.

3. Heightens Customer Service
With e-business customers receive high service, and communication is often more effective. There is far more flexibility, availability and faster response times with online support. For example, think about the speed of e-mail inquiries and live chat as opposed to getting on the phone, especially when that business is closed for the day. There is also a faster delivery cycle with online sales, helping strengthen the customer/business relationship. The internet is a powerful channel for reaching new markets and communicating information to customers and partners. Having a better understanding of your customers will help to improve customer satisfaction.

4. Gives a Competitive Advantage
The internet opens up a brand new marketplace to businesses moving online. Competition via the internet is growing as the internet itself grows and waiting too long to move online may cause you to lose your place in line entirely. Easy access to real time information is a primary benefit of the internet, enabling a company to give more efficient and valid information and helping to gain the competitive advantage over those that are not online.

        Although there are risks associating with e-business, as with most business decisions, there is also the risk associated with the inability to adapt to the changing times. Change is inevitable in today’s marketplace and should be embraced with open arms and open sites!

Android Application Development

Android application development is now one of the major influencing factors in the market of smart. The Android enable smart  phones facilitate with a wide array of features. On the  another hand the business community does want to be disconnected from the users of Android phones. if the Android phone user cannot download the website on his/her mobile phone device then it could be a major loss for the business and an advantage to the competitors to tap the vacuum in the market.

some of the most important factors that have influenced the increasing demand of android application development are as follows.

 Android is an open source platform. So there is no licensing fee for using it. This drastically reduces the cost of application development.

When these sorts of formalities are not to be complied with, there is saving of time too. The application can be developed quickly.

The other factor that accelerates the process of application development is the ease of using the technology to develop the application. The developer need to be expert at the programming language, no doubt prior experience at programming and coding could be of much help in converting the idea into a concept and then the application.

The Android platfrom being an open source has got the support of the development community. The development community contributes continuously towards development of meaningful applications.

The Software Development Kit (SDK) is very helpful for the developers. There are readymade codes for applications. The Android SDK is evolving continuously and every version of the SDK has got something new and different. This makes the application development task very easy for the Android application developer.

The development and marketing of Android is headed and fully supported by Google, one of the largest search engines in the world. The reign of Google is supreme when it is with reference to accessing the internet through the Desktop PC or laptop but situations are drastically changing and people have now started accessing the internet through the mobile phone device. The number of these kinds of people is increasing and Google would not like its popularity to decline.

Since the costing of Android application development is comparatively less the return on investment is also high and this has increased the demand of Android application development.

The lucrative business of Android application development has led to its quick growth. There are many application developers in the market that now offer Android application development services. It is now the responsibility of the client to verify the authenticity of the experience and quality related claims of the application developers before placing the order with them. There are many companies that claim to offer Android application development services and on getting the order get it executed by some other Android Application Developer.
